Delivery Policy

With the exception of custom-made orders (applicable to curtain rails only) or tile pre-orders, all products are in stock and ready to ship.

Shipping within South Africa

We currently offer two types of shipping within South Africa:

Your order will ship the next business day.
Delivery will be 3-5 business days thereafter.
Rates are for main centre deliveries only, and the courier may levy an additional charge to outlying, remote or high-risk areas. We will get in touch with you to confirm any extra charges.

For orders up to and including R999.99	R105
For orders of R1000 or more	FREE

We will aim to ship the same day (if a business day), but this will be dependent on the cut-off time of the courier, otherwise, the next business day.
Delivery will be 1-2 business days thereafter.

For orders up to 2kg	R215
For orders up to 3kg	R270
For heavier orders	Please get in touch and we'll get a quote for you

For shipping to the European Union: your order will only be shipped on Day 15 or the closest business day thereafter from the date you placed your order.
For shipping everywhere else: your order will ship the next business day.
The estimated time of arrival will be communicated to you once shipped.
Customs duty, import charges and any other taxes may be levied by your country. Kindly note that you will be responsible for these charges.
Depending on the dimensions of the parcel, the courier may calculate shipping costs based on volume instead of weight. If this is the case, we will get in touch with you to confirm any extra charges.

For orders up to 5kg	R750 (approx. US $42, £32, €38)
