My Karoo Home is a niche website specialising in beautiful, handmade cushions and tile, as well as vintage lighting, cupboard handles, curtain rails and other decor ... for a perfectly-imperfect aesthetic inspired by the Karoo in South Africa.
- There is an ever-changing, wide range of cushions, using fabric mostly sourced and/or manufactured in South Africa.
- Handmade tile (coming soon) is made here in Cape Town, with designs created by Fran when renovating her Karoo home.
- Vintage lighting, from ceiling lights to pendants, to small chandeliers, have been sourced throughout South Africa.
- Cupboard handles will be a mixture of new and vintage.
- Curtain rails in the French style can be made to order.
- Fixtures such as furniture legs, stair balusters, and gate toppers will also be coming soon ... all custom-made, in styles created by Fran for her home.
